It is the belief that all government powers are derived from the governed ….. that no power can be given to the government that an individual does not have (you can’t give what you don’t have) ….. that the rights and powers delegated to the government are not irrevocably given, but still retained by the individual ….. that it is the duty of the individual to respect the rights of others and to protect and defend the constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic.
